Lynair“H”系列液壓缸典型的結(jié)構(gòu)特點
LYNAIR系列“H”型號符合ANSI標準B93.15-1971,適用于方頭工業(yè)流體動力缸的安裝尺寸,并達到或超過JIC液壓標準。
活塞桿
由高屈服強度鋼制成的精密研磨,拋光和鍍硬鉻活塞桿可提供七種端部樣式選擇。通過11/2直徑的陽桿螺紋被軋制以獲得zui大的強度和均勻性。提供四個扳手平面以幫助制造桿端連接。桿面減少了平面面積,以避免在組裝時與密封件接觸。
活塞
一體式高強度鑄鐵活塞,與缸體表面接觸面積大,可穩(wěn)定活塞桿,減少軸承負荷。將活塞擰入配合先導(dǎo)管直徑的桿上以確保同心度,并通過厭氧膠和鎖定銷固定。
活塞密封
安裝在彈性膨脹器上的玻璃纖維填充聚四氟乙烯密封環(huán)提供了長時間佩戴,低旁路密封。兩個重疊接頭設(shè)計的鑄鐵環(huán)保護聚四氟乙烯密封,并提供備用密封,使用壽命更長。如果不希望密封旁路,帶有防擠壓支撐環(huán)的Block V形杯密封是可選的,不需要額外的費用。其他備用密封選項可根據(jù)要求提供。
O型圈管端密封
緊密配合的管端引燃管直徑包括O形密封圈以提供無泄漏的接頭。工作壓力擴大了管段,減少了接頭間隙和密封擠壓間隙。

“H”系列液壓缸的zui大額定功率為3000 P.S.I。

氣缸的一端或兩端都有可選的襯墊。在提供時,配合元件的緊密配合表面會捕獲工作流體,從而在到達行程末端之前使活塞減速。沖洗配件緩沖螺桿允許調(diào)節(jié)減速率,而可互換的滾珠檢查輔助裝置在行駛方向反轉(zhuǎn)時啟動。
圓筒管
鋼管磨到15微英寸的表面,并在孔表面鍍硬鉻,以抵抗磨損,并促進*的密封壽命。
CYLINDER端口
N.P.T.F.除非另有要求,端口是標準的和提供的。 S.A.E. “O”型風(fēng)格的港口是可選的,可以在沒有額外的成本。
拉桿
由鋼制成,具有100,000 P.S.I。zui小屈服強度(125,000 P.S.I.,直徑大于1/2“),用zui大的強度和均勻度。
可選的空氣加油機

外部材料/外部完成
正面和背面頭由精密方形鋼塊加工而成。圓柱管,軸承座和安裝件均由鋼制成,以獲得zui大的強度和耐久性。在外部裝有搪瓷表面,安裝和加工表面在裝運時由防銹膜潤滑劑保護。
ROD軸承/可拆卸的固定器
精密機加工青銅軸承支撐和中心桿,以保持與孔的同心度,同時住房桿密封和刮水器。當(dāng)孔,桿尺寸和安裝方式組合允許時,保持架結(jié)構(gòu)允許在沒有拉桿拆卸的情況下拆卸。
ROD SEALS

Zero Leakage Severe Service Ball Valve in a 3 PC Design. For use in the high temperature, high pressure and abrasive conditions found in Petroleum, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Pulp and Paper and Mining.

These full bore, high cycle valves are available in 150#, 300# and 600# ANSI Class. They also feature flanged end connections, carbon steel (WCB) or stainless (A353-CF8M) bodies, live loaded Graphoil packing assemblies and carbide sealing areas applied by Copeland's HVOF processes. Copeland assisted in the early design of these types of valves for drain and fill applications in Power Plants and Steam Generation facilities. Today, the valves are made in a variety of sizes, pressure classes (up to 4500# ANSI) and materials.
