MEMOLUB? HPS高壓力潤(rùn)滑器： MEMOLUB? HPS（高壓力潤(rùn)滑器）是多功能、智能獨(dú)立潤(rùn)滑器，其*的設(shè)計(jì)為目前工業(yè)設(shè)備潤(rùn)滑實(shí)現(xiàn)了單點(diǎn)自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑的功能。MEMOLUB? HPS為活塞推動(dòng)式潤(rùn)滑器，工作壓力可保持在350psi(25bar)狀態(tài)下將潤(rùn)滑油或潤(rùn)滑脂噴出。當(dāng)啟動(dòng)MEMOLUB? HPS后即自動(dòng)進(jìn)入無延遲工作狀態(tài)。高潤(rùn)滑工作壓力將開啟新的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。MEMOLUB? HPS可實(shí)現(xiàn)潤(rùn)滑器到潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)zui遠(yuǎn)工作距離為12米，與Distribution Block*分油閥組合，可實(shí)現(xiàn)單個(gè)MEMOLUB? HPS潤(rùn)滑器提供高達(dá)12個(gè)潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)（建議潤(rùn)滑8點(diǎn)更佳）的潤(rùn)滑能力。 MEMOLUB? PLCD潤(rùn)滑器： MEMOLUB? 24VDC-PLCd潤(rùn)滑器，是采用外接24VCD電源供電，每個(gè)周期輸出頻率和工作時(shí)間是由使用者PLC控制實(shí)現(xiàn)。不需要電池組提供動(dòng)力。是移動(dòng)設(shè)備、機(jī)器人、輸送傳送設(shè)備等自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)械的理想潤(rùn)滑器。MEMOLUB? 24VDC-PLCd潤(rùn)滑器采用*的設(shè)計(jì)，利用PLC程序控制電源的開、關(guān)時(shí)間，來實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備所須潤(rùn)滑周期及潤(rùn)滑頻率的設(shè)定，同時(shí)亦可在不斷開電氣連接功能的情況下快速更換油包

MEMOLUB^® HPS is the leading product in our range.

Its content of 120 cm³ – 240 cm³ or 480 cm³ and 5 daily output programs of 0.3 to 14.4cc make it the most versatile lubricator in our range.

Settings of 1 week to 24 months through MEMO rings (see technical data’s). With its 25 Bar pressure, it can be installed remoy up to 10 meters from lube point or can be used up to 8 points with distributor blocks. Certified ATEX-EX zone 22.
